Leadership courses
Improving your leadership skills will help you become a more effective teacher in the classroom and outside it. You will become more aware of your role in helping your students to learn and your role in helping yourself, your colleagues and your school to develop.
3-day intensive course. Course fees: 400 €
Training the Trainer course
The course aims to prepare teacher trainers working on Trinity TESOL Certificate courses but the skills can be applied to other training scenarios (e.g. CELTA courses, teacher development courses and workshops). By the end of the course you will have a greater understanding of how to approach teacher training courses. The content is hands on and will include practical ideas and material you can use in a variety of training situations.
3-week course (2 weeks online and 1 week face-to-face in Barcelona) Course fees: 300 €
For newly qualified teachers or with less than 2 years experience:
Teaching Young Learners
This course aims to develop the knowledge and practical skills which are required to teach EFL to young learners effectively. It provides practical ideas on how to approach and plan for Young Learner courses as well as materials and ideas for specific activities.
3-day intensive or 3-week on-line courses. Courses every month. Course fees: 225 € (175€ for OxfordTEFL graduates).
Teaching Business English
Teaching English to company employees can require different approaches and skills to teaching "general English". Groups are often much smaller and usually have specific requirements relating to the contexts they will need to use English in.
A greater understanding of how to approach teaching in companies.
3-day on-site or 3-week on-line. Courses every month. Course Fees: 225 € (175€ for OxfordTEFL graduates).
Teaching Pronunciation
Practical ideas for teaching pronunciation effectively and with confidence. This course is suitable for recently qualified TEFL/TESOL teachers with an interest in improving in this area quickly and for more experienced teachers who would like to build their skills and confidence in teaching English pronunciation.
3-week online course. Course fees: 225 € (175€ for OxfordTEFL graduates).
